"Such a great stay here. Everything was impeccable, from the staff to the room and included continental breakfast. It even snowed in April there and I’m sure they had something to do with that scenic beauty as well. A must go back kinda place"

"Check in was not good didn't have Id with me so could not check in even though I showed them my reservation on my phone, staff were not very helpful until we mentioned going to another casino, room could have used some maintenance, only two towels and one washcloth in the room made for 4 people, tv remote wad missing from room had to chase down the maid to get it"

"Very little to no staff around. One night we were literally the only people there. Very limited breakfast they had instant oatmeal but there was no hot water in the electric tea kettle Room service traded out dirty towels for clean but it was obvious it was made with no care or concern making the bed, they just barely pulled the covers up they were crumpled and messy and threw the pillows on. Don’t expect 5 star service because you barely even get 3 star service. For the price we will go somewhere else…."
