「Very disappointed on first view as it didn't match up to the picture on the website. We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. 「I always enjoy staying here. It's very comfy and safe and the staff are very pleasant. I liked using the spa - recommend arriving early as there are only really two full length swim lanes. The breakfast is lovely - lots of choice and relaxed. It's great that poached eggs are provided without needing to ask (again, get there early). I use the bath, and it's so good to have that option. I'd a little trouble with the hot water and on/off controls (though I worked it out, almost - not without some...

「We stayed in a room that had a shower over the bath, quite a step to get out, we feel a bath mat should be provided. The towels are lovely and big, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows need replacing. Nice place to stay as it’s an easy walk into town. Yes we would stay here again.」

「Compared to the website the property is very dated. Air-conditioning was not working in our rooms. Breakfast wasn't great.」

「Staff very friendly and welcoming, always greeted you when you entered. Good facilities for self catering. Rooms a little dated but clean. Good quality bunk beds-not rickety or squeaky. Only negative I would say is the sheets aren’t big enough for the bed-even someone who sleeps like a corpse wouldn’t be able to keep it on the mattress. Overall happy with my experience here and would recommend!」
