「La ubicación es excelente para quien intereza conocr el centro histórico de Ponce, esta en un primer piso y no hay que subir escaleras. Los techos son altos. El apartamente cuenta con dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, cada una tiene una cama queen, pero en la sala donde esta el sofa cama no hay aire acondicionado. Deben aclarar eso en la información que se provee para el apartamento.」

「The staff were great, they stayed late because we were going to arrive late. They also spoke English well (always a concern for me with my shaky Spanish), And were very friendly. The parking is super convenient and quite affordable. Spots are reserved for hotel guests even on a busy Friday night. Only thing i don't like about the property is the door-less shower which means the bathroom floor is wet after showing. 」

「We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!」

「The instructions that were given by the host were great. Private parking was secure and you can see your vehicle right from the balcony. Highways conveniently located all around to make getting around super easy. When you first walk in, the apartment smelled clean. Rooms are spacious. The apartment had all the amenities we needed which made cooking meals for my family seamless. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Apartment is dark with windows that face into a courtyard. Wifi stopped working. AC would not stick to the preset temperature. Parking instructions were complicated. The floor space in the building is shared with a restaurant kitchen that has a loud industrial fan and music playing through to 9pm. 3 separate keys open 3 different doors needed to get to the apartment from the street. Basic amenities like coffee were missing. The positive thing is that the location is right next to the central...
