「The hotel changed ownership in May. We've been going there for years. This time, it was awful. Our AC wasn't working properly, all the ice machines were either empty or broken, our room was in poor shape (tiles missing in bathroom, mold on shower curtain, hair dryer barely attached to the wall, chair falling apart, sleeper sofa coming undone, terrible mattress). I asked to change rooms and was told no. They said they would send a technician to look at our AC, the "technician" was the same kid...

「There is too much to write regarding this place. DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed in room 28, it was absolutely disgusting. From the blood stains & boot marks on the walls to the mold physically growing on the bathroom walls to the pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. This room was literally a bio-hazard and we asked to be moved & were told there was nowhere else to put us as they were fully booked for the holiday weekend. The mattresses have to be over 10 years old as you feel every spring...

「If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...
