「Very warm and friendly welcome by all staff with great service and excellent choice of drinks especially there own Plumb Gin. Yummy. Very relaxed about our slightly late arrival. We loved the Innovative and quirky decor throughout. Bed was so comfy and the complimentary port for a night cap,loved it. So nice that there was no TV. In the bedroom too. Complimentary breakfast delicious and plenty food, hot and cold drinks to start your day. Definitely would really recommend staying here....

「The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. I finally asked my wife to endure not to take bath on that night. carpet old and dirty. stairs very steep and narrow, room. door key is kind of toy that all rooms can use the sane key. the room door was difficult to shut and open, had to kick open and pull hardly to lock. the only reception man answered door very late...

「Nice location, nice room but the bed was too soft for our liking. Unfortunately the pub next door had a band and loud karaoke until very late then the dustmen went past about 4 times at 6 o'clock. A very disturbing night because of the surroundings.」
