We booked this hotel because of air conditioning, however the ac wasn't strong enough under heat wave, it's a basic hotel, no fridge, close to shopping mall and restaurants but it's quite noisy as it's next to the main road.

Clean rooms , w/c seat was broken , window seal was sticky so item's stuck to the surface . Staff were really nice , the bar was good . Great to have free parking . Overall not bad but not memorable enough to return .

Good size and clean room. In fact we were welcomed by a freshly cleaned entry hall and outside areas. Plenty of spaces to park. We did not have breakfast but that also looked good and the bar area was also clean and well presented. The staff were good. Would stay again.

Room was ready on arrival early afternoon. Staff at reaction check in which is inside the pub were polite and friendly. Explained everything regarding the parking and breakfast times etc. Room was clean and tidy. I had a room overlooking the carpark which I liked as I could see the car. Stayed as line female for a family funeral and I ate in the pub in the evening with other family members. Service in the pub was good they were friendly fussing over the dachshunds we had. Food was good albeit compared to where I live expensive but I guess that’s a regional thing. I used Meerkat discount which made it more reasonable. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent and worth paying for. Large car park. Clean room and staff provided more towels for us swiftly upon request. Having the pub in the same location is handy for food and drinks, plus has a children’s play area. The location is excellent - shops and fast food restaurants on the doorstep, plus the bus station. We got the Thanet Loop bus easily to Margate whilst staying at the Canterbury Bell. Provided soap, shower gel and toilet paper are basic and you so may wish to bring your own. Also, no toilet brush available in the room for info.

Clean and spacious room, tea and coffee facilities included in the room, which was nice. More choice of tea would have been nice, for example a herbal tea option. Breakfast was great value for money, and the service was superb. The young lady was extremely pleasant and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay the beds are comfy, rooms clean, staff were great, the area was great for our purpose and the food in the restaurant freshly cooked and extremely tasty. Plenty of parking available and the manager kept on top of everything. Well run establishment. My only issue was that I had an accessible room and the window let traffic noise in which disturbed me at night and there is no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc
