This is an old building which has been renovated. It has a lift. The room was a large size and had excellent air conditioning. The bed was comfortable and I complemented the Chamber-maid on the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was excellent and my Vegan relations were happy that their needs were catered for. There is ample parking outside.

The accommodation was quiet , spotless and staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast ( included in the reasonable room rate ) was superb and there was so much choice. Only 10 min pavement walk to the sea front and from the station . Also bus stop directly outside the hotel ( the Loop which runs til late evening every day ) ....every 10 to 15 mins if you don't want the walk. There is a lift to the upper floors and we had really efficient aircon in our room. We will definitely stay again .

An enjoyable stay in this splendid building, only short walk from the beach and town centre. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room ('classic'). Only comments: bed was a double, rather than king size we are used to. If we'd been staying more than one night we might have regretted the lack of any draws. An EV charging point would have been useful.

The whole experience was very good. We have been to this hotel a few times and everything is good - the checkin was quick, the room large and comfy, and the breakfast was very good. For some the downside is that the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre of broadstairs

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal spot for visiting Broadstairs and surrounding area. We were golfing in Sandwich and this is a great spot for evening activities (pubs, food etc). The food at the hotel was excellent also.
