「Brilliant stay in a fantastic cottage. Very kind and communicative owners, who were very generous in their welcome gesture towards me. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land. I would love to come back in future to have the same experience again. Thanks for everything. 」

「The communication was non existent. We didn’t get access to the property until nearly 18:30 after Expedia started looking for relocation options as we couldn’t get the host to respond and had no address or access information. It was a very stressful few hours. They blamed some breakdown in the supply chain. We booked with Expedia who contracted to TravelNest who passed to Idyllic cottages who passed to the owner.
