Well appointed rooms with great linens and fantastic soaps and hair care products. A/C was aways cold , great shower water pressure. Staff went out of the way to make our 25th wedding anniversary a pleasurable quiet weekend.

This isn't a traditional hotel. There's no front desk. But we called the number given to us and it was answered quickly and we got answers to our questions. The room was very clean. Location is excellent to explore the Sebring circle.

The room was so clean it felt as if it had never been used! Absolutely impeccable! Having that relaxing porch and a private bar area for all guests was unexpected and appreciated.

Room was very clean. Staff was personable and friendly. Location is great. It was worth the stay just to have access to the balcony that we enjoyed every morning and evening. The private bar off the balcony was a nice bonus. Make sure you eat at Faded Bistro Beer Garden.

We had a wonderful stay at The Roanoke Hotel. It was very clean with a cozy feel. We enjoyed the balcony daily. The coffee bar is available 24/7 so that was a definite plus. Nancy and Joey, part of the staff, were friendly and welcoming. They gave us tips on places to eat as well. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, and very nicely decorated. The only things that were not the best were 1) elevator was broken, and there was a long, steep staircase to get into the hotel, and 2) and we never received the check-in email so we didn't have the wi-fi code. My husband actually asked another guest what it was. and 3) at first we couldn't get the tv to work, and there didn't seem to be anyone on premises to help.

Loved the setting, the location and the room was nice and clean. The porch was great, and the upstairs bar is a gem. Would have preferred a bathroom space that was walled off to the ceiling, and a light in the shower stall.
