「The Manager and staff were very helpful and focused on providing us with a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable and the Beach Club is great!」

「This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!」

「Frustrating there was no one around for check in problems (no front desk at this property), their “app” with all the instructions and codes never worked, too much furniture in too small a space, hard to move around the suite, if you have kids beware they use glass tables and glass coffee tables. 」

「The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. 」

「First entry, keys did not work. WiFi did not work. I was told “it’s sometimes hard to get it on your computer. TVs are not smart TVs for streaming. Large bleach stains in hallways.」

「Free breakfast was alright, nothing special but was free and convenient. Rooms need a bit of an upgrade but was very clean. Bathtubs could use some TLC. Always has security walking around. Paper wrist bracelet is a dumb idea when expecting to wear it all week long stay 」
