Couldn’t ask for a better view right on the beach every room has balcony facing the beach and pool. Definitely will be back ! Price is great!

Everything about this place was amazing, the staff, the location, the tiki restaurant next to the pool. Restaurant has excellent food, also affordable. This place was very affordable and the rooms are huge, they come with a kitchen, full refrigerator, a stove,cookware and dishes. I will most definitely be coming back.

Exceptional value for stunning Gulf views, direct beach access, and convenient location to dining & shopping, as well as exploring 30A. The room was clean, odorless, and the kitchenette had what we needed. Pool, hot tub, and tiki bar were nice. The staff was all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Were there 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing place. The hotel is great. Remember it is in front of the beach, so it will always show something old. But this hotel deserves at lease 8 stars. U will not regreat.

Although this hotel shows it's years a little, and the fact that it sits right on the ocean, the rooms and grounds are very well kept and clean. Each room has it's own kitchenette and ocean view balcony. For the price you couldn't beet the view or the one minute walk to be on the sand. We had family join us last minute and got a room for under $100 , so if you're ever contemplating a last minute trip to PCB I would try booking this resort. We very much enjoyed our stay.
