「The hotel is easy to park, staff friendly and relatively clean.」

「We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

「The property only has two elevators and one was out of order. The stairwells were dirty, not well lit, and no cameras for monitoring. The parking was a hazard which could have been avoided if the staff let us know. We had a long truck and the top deck doesn’t have the turn radius for clearance. We damaged the front right of our truck. Also it would have been nice to know there was another parking area across the street. In our room there wasn’t a closet rod “at all” to hang our clothes.
