「Newer property. No breakfast offered. Coffee only. There's convenience items for sale adjacent to the check in desk, you ring yourself up at a kiosk like at Walmart. No ice machines in the hallway. There are icemakers in the rooms inside the fridges, but takes a while to get them going. Staff did just enough to work the desk, not overly friendly, didnt go out of way. Perhaps the property hasnt had time to develop its vibe, kind of cold. 」

The amount of things plugged into one outlet via 2 different powerstrips (tv, microwave, refrigerator and some type of cablebox) seemed pretty unsafe. There were dead bugs on the floor and spiderwebs on the walls. 「The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, I drove an hour out of the way to have a hot tub and when I got to the pool area the hot tub was broken. The front desk didn’t notify me of this even though I specifically mentioned during checkout that I was heading to the hot tub immediately. Once I got to the pool area and found the hot tub not working I called the front desk I was told there was a maintenance man coming to fix it. I waited hopefully for quite a...
