「Cozy room and all staffs friendly」

「10/10 included breakfast option, with ability to order full breakfast off the regular restaurant menu including juice and coffee. Room was extremely spacious , hotel is in a fantastic location just short walk to the train station and everything in old town. Highly recommend for location and price !」

「It is very convenience to walk to the Old Town, everything is good, except need to carry lugguage if the room is on 4th Floor or above...the lift only to third floor....」

「The staff was excellent. The room was extremely small. I was a little irritated to see on my final bill that I was charged for a coffee. I was sitting at the reception waiting for the manager to complete my bill when one part waiters offered me a cup of coffee, which I accepted. I didn’t ask for it, but I thought it was a nice gesture only to find I was charged 7 1/2 pounds for it. That was frustrating 」

「An excellent location off the Royal Mile. The room was spacious, and the in-room washer/dryer made our trip easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a Sainsbury nearby for groceries. This room (#4) faces the back courtyard and church - we found it very light-filled yet without street noise. There is no elevator, but the steps were easy.」
