「Super Lage, sehr sauber und modern! :) Küche im Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und co. Check in war nach Anfrage schon um 13:15 möglich und beim Auschecken standen Schließfächer für das Gepäck zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!」

「We were surprised by this property in all good ways. Room was HUGE and nicely appointed. Good coffee and refilled water bottles, a wake up call and cab we needed ordered just as we asked when we left, nice lobby and great front desk staff. Convenient to public transport for exploring much of Berlin. Would definitely recommend.」

「This is a very sad place to stay. There are no restaurants nearby and you cannot cook on the stove because it doesn't get hot enough (I had to use the counter-top tea kettle to even boil water) so food is challenging. Don't make the mistake of checking in on a weekend--Smartments is not staffed and no human will respond to your inquiries (you'll just get AI responses saying someone will contact you "soon," which they will not). There were dirty dishes in our room when we checked in. The laundry...

「Not very clean, kitchen wares were super dirty, first stove did not even work so we had to change rooms. Had rugs in the room with lots of dirt. Everything was dusted, and weird stains in curtains and sheets.」
