"The location is good for people arriving by train late at night or leaving early in the morning, because it is right across the street from the station. The hotel itself, rooms, staff and service were great. That being said, it is not the best location for touring Brussels. We would have preferred staying near the center area (Mannekin Pis statue near this area). The center area is busy, but it is nice to walk around to all the sights and have many stores, restaurants, cafe's within walking distance. The Ibis hotel is too close to the station, there were many people hanging out near the entrance or across the street. There were more people around the area living under poorer conditions. Walking around the hotel or down the streets nearby, at night, does not feel comfortable."

"If you are using the Eurostar high speed trains and need to stay the night in Brussels, the Pullman Hotel is the best option by far. It is essentially on top of the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, and you never need to leave the building to get to it. Don't make the mistake I did and go outside with rolling suitcases. Some sadist decided to put in pavement that is next to impossible to roll anything on, but inside there are smooth floors that make it easy. I was just stayed the night with my wife, but the room was quiet, comfortable, attractive and clean. We took the first train to London and the entrance for that, along with cafes and other food establishments, were right there almost immediately outside the hotel doors. As we arrived from Germany in the evening and left first thing in the morning, we didn't see much of the neighborhood, but it didn't look like anything great. For our purposes, the Pullman Hotel was perfect."

"This is a luxury hotel located in a very upscale area of Brussels. It had good access to transit. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was wonderful with double doors onto a small veranda and our bed was super comfy! Loved the soaking tub!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, with a petrol station, Burger King, KFC, and various other retail establishments in close proximity. Its location is particularly advantageous for guests traveling by car, as ample on-site parking is available. This marks my second visit to this establishment, and I continue to appreciate its cleanliness and tranquility, especially when compared to accommodations I have experienced in central Brussels. The staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and courtesy. While the breakfast offering is standard, it meets expectations and is satisfactory for my preferences. I anticipate returning to this hotel on my next visit to Brussels. My room featured a very comfortable double bed, a kettle with tea service, and a well-appointed shower and toilet. The overall aesthetic was sophisticated and pristine. The only amenity I found to be absent was a small bedside refrigerator, which I believe would enhance the guest experience."
