We had a lovely stay at the Jill Hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from Brussels Midi station. Very good location and super convenient. The soundproofing in this hotel is as very good. For someone who is a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised at how well I slept despite trains running through the night and early morning. We picked it so we could easily do day trip to Brugge. Otherwise good location and a 20 minute walk or 9 mins bolt ride from the city centre. Lots of nice food places! On a Sunday, there is a fresh fruit and veg market next to the station. Was so lovely to see and we bought fresh strawberries and cherries. It was nice to support the local businesses. The hotel room was spacious enough for two in the twin room. There were basic amenities. I wish they had provided disposable slippers but the floor was cleaned every day. We had enough tea and coffee but they weren’t always replenished. The staff were wonderful!! Super helpful and kind. We didn’t have their breakfast so I cannot comment. But the lunch factory restaurant, that is 1 minute away was very good! I would highly recommend. I would happily stay here again for another short trip to Brussels if I was to visit again. Thank you for all your hospitality. I wish you had offered us an alternative to the free bottle of wine though. That would have been really nice.

Everything about our day was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. We did have a little challenge understanding how to control the air conditioner/heater but eventually we figured it out and everything was fine.

This is an excellent hotel, especially if you need quick access to the train station. The only thing to consider is that if you are a light sleeper, you will want ear plugs since you can hear the trains coming and going from the station. Also, for some reason, my wife and I found the bed to be a little hot, despite making the room cooler. It's probably due to a bed liner or maybe the foam mattress? The free breakfast is great. The staff is kind and considerate, and we loved the short walk to the station.

Our first stay At Jill Hotel and what a pleasant hotel this is. Only stayed for 1 night, very handily located opposite Brussels Midi Station. From taking in a parcel for me & keeping it safe until we arrived from the UK. To the wonderful Breakfast and the fantastic receptionists greeting us with smiles and kindness, and a very lovely room. We will certainly stay again.

The hotel and the breakfast was nice, the room a bit small but OK. But they really disappointed me since they asked 5 € city tax, instead of 4,24 € that was reported in the booking, and that every hotel in Brussels apply as city tax. I though it was a mistake and I asked clarification, but they refuse to refund, and never asked sorry about the mistake even when I showed the booking with the city tax cleary stated at 4,24 €. Of course is not about the 0,76 €, but it's a matter of fairness

Spacious room with fridge, kettle and sockets next to the beds. Bed uncomfortable as you “sink” in it. One bed sheet had a hole and on the chair there was a stain (photos). Not a 4* for sure. The floor (5th floor) was creaking as you walked on it. Same in corridors (as if it was a toy-house). Like they “added” some extra rooms (?). There is only one (slow) elevator and it is used both from staff and customers. I came across staff (3 times) with a trolley full of bed linen and I was waiting for them to do their job as I was not there. They didn’t even look at me! At the reception, upon my check in (25/09/25,15:00’) there was only one receptionist and 4 customers to check in. Breakfast was mediocre and didn’t worth the high price. Limited items (delicious though). There are plenty of B/F options around the hotel instead (croissants 1.30€ from Carrefour in the station). This is not a 4* hotel definitely.
