「The room was very humid. The towels were damp. The blankets were damp. Because of the humidility, plaster became loose. We wanted to open the windows to air. However, in front of our window is smoking area. Therefore, we couldn't open the only window. We talked to the front desk to change for another room. We were told that the hotel was full. I went to an booking agent to check whether the hotel was full. Surprise, they have room. We were there 6 nights, no towel changed, no cleaning, no...

「I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. 」

Tucked away in a peaceful corner of bustling Brussels, Belgium, it’s just perfect – close enough to the city center to be convenient, yet blissfully quiet and cozy. 「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」
