「Modern hotel in an old silk mill. Very cool. Clean. Make sure to get a room away from the busy street and train in front. They only provide housekeeping every other day which was not mentioned on the website. Decent breakfast」

「The management was friendly and the newly renovated waa clean We stayed there for an early hospital appt. The bed was alittle too high for my 95 year old mom. The beds were comfortable. .」

「stayed there 8 days on multiple reservations as we were dealing with issues in our apartment and had an unpredictable schedule. Staff was great in making the check out and check in process smooth. Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. 」

「We were very pleased with the room layout of Room 321.The staff was upbeat, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the cafeteria help was pleasant as well. Overall a pleasant visit and ifin the area gain, I would revisit.」

「Mold all over the roof of the restroom, they wouldn’t clean the restrooms good, their iron burned our clothes of how old it was it would overheat, we asked them for a solution and said it was our fault, bad service don’t recommend.」
