The staff was excellent- friendly, professional, and thorough. The room was a disappointment. Holes in the wall, water damage, dirty lid to the ice bucket, flakes of something on the comforter, shower head seemed to Be near falling off the wall. Not a place I’ll stay again.

I would say my experience here was good enough. Initially after checking in and going to our room, we settled in and the television wasn’t working. We asked for another room with a working tv and were moved. The new room had a funny smell in the air conditioning was not working. The fan was working and we just used that and opened a window. Room had mini fridge but no microwave. Bathroom didn’t seem very clean, cabinets had stains like nobody wipes them down. Toilet paper holder was stained and dirty. The beds were so hard my back was hurting the next morning. Will probably look for a different location to stay at when I’m back in the area.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively handing out cookies to other guests but neglected to offer us the same, which felt dismissive after the delay we had already experienced. I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a DoubleTree.

Our first room the TV wasn't working, so we switched rooms. Although there was an issue with the air conditioning that they were able to fix. I have to commend the front desk staff and the maintenance guy, they were all very nice and willing to help.

The room was very clean, staff was amazing! I love that they still provide service each day. The pool and hot tub are down. I know that needs to happen periodically, but wish it would have been on the website. Check in was outstanding. Yet, aside from the very courteous woman who checked me in, not all staff members were friendly and courteous. Could have been much better! Secondly, the heater wouldn't work for more than two hours (it was under 50 degrees outside) and my room was very cold - while waiting and hoping to turn on. I finally contacted the front desk, thinking I should get another one. Instead, a maintenance guy showed up and reset the thermostat. Parking area isn't well lit either.

Our key did not work, and there were multiple buildings, so getting from your car, or the front desk or the pool, we got locked out and had to rely on staff or other guests to let us back in. No breakfast, or even coffee or tea. The coffee maker in the room had a bunch of junk crammed into it, so the manager “got us” coffee “on the house” from the restaurant. Said they would replace the coffee maker and never did. I paid $7 for a cup of coffee the (plain black coffee) from the restaurant the next morning. Partying was happening in the room above us, had to call multiple times until almost midnight until it was addressed.
