「Our biggest takeaway from our stay was how much we liked the staff. We had great help from the desk staff, the valets and the maids. We had breakfast in the Palm Room and our waiter Harris did an excellent job. He has very good customer service skills. I would highly recommend this Hotel.」

However, if you were in Pittsburgh for business, this is the property you will want to stay at.Thie property exceeded any expectation that I had prior to my arrival. The low locatiation is perfect. If you enjoy walking orrunning, the river is just a few blocks away where you can cross the bridge to the baseball stadium where the Pirates play and run along the river. There are many restaurants within the area...
