「We arrived by train. Train delays led to missed connections and although we were suppose to arrive at 11:30 PM we didn't arrive until 5:00 am. The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and allowed us to stay an extra 2 hours. This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel, we stay a 3rd time 10 days later, and this is our "go to" hotel in Leipzig.」

「Mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln vom Hauptbahnhof in ca 10 Min zu erreichen. Linie 16 direkt um die Ecke. Parkbühne ca 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Hotelbar relativ limitiert sortiert aber o.k. 「15-20 mins walking distance from the hotel to Messe Exhbition Center, but a little bit far from Leipzig Central Train Station, where is about 25 mints by cable train, plus 10 mins walking. It might be great if it is purely business and short stay there. It not, other hotel near central main station might be better choice.」

「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」

「チェックイン前後に、荷物を預かってもらえてとてもよかったです。お部屋も清潔感がありました。ゴミの捨て方がよくわからないため、説明書きがあったらなお良かったかなと思います。フロントからすごく離れた部屋だったので、行き来が大変でしたがネガティブな点はこちらのみでとてもいい滞在でした。」

「五星好评是因为前台的服务实在是很棒，非常友好、周到，特别是经常值夜班的一个小哥，有一点八字胡，小帅，麻烦他帮忙洗了一次衣服。房间卫生很好，开间也还算大，选择内景房的话肯定不会吵。地理位置很好，走几步就到市集、托马斯教堂、莱比锡大学等景点，坐车也很方便。早餐也还不错，一般是cover在房费里的，所以性价比还挺高的。」
