"We had an amazing vacation at Grand Palladium in Lucea, Jamaica! The all-inclusive experience was excellent, with a delicious variety of food and very clean, comfortable rooms. Our grandchildren had an awesome time in the children’s pool, and the music and atmosphere at the adults-only pool were fantastic. Most of the staff were courteous, helpful, and respectful throughout our stay. The only exception was our experience with several staff members at the Blue Lagoon restaurant, who could have been more welcoming. One issue we encountered was on our last day when returning to the airport. Our taxi/bus driver had difficulty locating us and other passengers because he was not allowed to park directly in front of the lobby. This caused a delay in our departure from the hotel. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and we would definitely recommend the Grand Palladium in Lucea for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. Yeah Mon 10/10!!!😁🇯🇲"

"I highly enjoyed the experience. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Staff were responsive and addressed any issues that arose. The entertainment team was awesome! The nightly shows were highly anticipated and very professional! I loved the variety of foods at the buffet and appreciated having Jamaican food choices at every meal. More vegan option could have been provided, especially at the a la carte restaurants, and more transparency around costs, specifically using the phone to make local calls. This was unexpectedly expensive and it would have been helpful to communicate the rate for using the phone in our room up front."

"Multiple beachfront spots at the hotel starting from the dinning area all the way to the residential buildings. The beach front rooms are absolutely gorgeous to see and hear the ocean, sunset etc Food was amazing . Especially impressed with the many options of authentic Jamaican food. Would definitely recommend and go back myself."

"Properties were very clean, however, we had to change rooms because of bugs. We also had bugs in the new room. We loved the restaurants, foods that were served, the variety. We loved the shops and entertainment and informative app. All of the staff we interface with were polite and very helpful."

"Just stayed a week there . Pool was small but nice . Hot tub was not running which we didn't use due to potential issues with no continuous motion. Then went across the street to the beach area which is amazing!! Chairs ,food , and drinks all readily available. Water and sand best i have ever been in . It was pool like clear and mostly calm waters . Definitely laid back at this resort so if you like non hussle of big resort this is the place for you. Food was good but if looking for alot of choices this is not your place . Most food I had here was hot ,fresh , and tasted good. Room was good and nature feel of resort was wonderful."

"I purchased a really affordable last minute trip on Expedia to White Sands. I have passed this property several times doing my Negril visits. The staff was professional, the beach was great, the food and drinks were good. The room was very basic, clean, cold A/C, hot water, refrigerator and balcony."

"This was a nice change from the other big resorts. Sitting outside the room at night looks like a scene in a movie. We enjoyed our stay. I think you might as well do the all inclusive food package if you plan on just relaxing and maybe leaving for one or two excursions."

"Stayed previously on my last trip. Comfortable, huge bed, hot showers and right on the beach front, not much more I could ask for. The staff were helpful with my questions. Would recommend as a bargain considering key location on 7 Mile beach, and all amenities in close distance around it."
