"They gave our room away. We got to the hotel late and they said they gave our room away that as soon as house keeping comes back from break they will get us a room. That it will be a priority for them. 2hrs later we came back and no room was ready. Asked for a manger and she was rude very rude. She said you’re supposed to call if you’re going to be late. Room had been paid for I told her for long time and my priority after traveling all day was not to call them. She it was common practice to give it away. Hilton website said next day, she said after
11pm. I told her I just want a room to equal value, She says well I can give you your original room. I said what? The manger says I’ll just bump the people that has it booked now. She hands me a key card tells me the room #. Not even 2hrs ago our room was rented, confused and tired we ventured to our room. Room was adequate. Nothing spectacular. Great view of the parking lot little ocean view. Next day key card don’t work. Then again the next day. Was told it just happens. The pool was nice, setting area was good. The problem was if more than 5 people got in the pool it was a crowd. Parking area was ok if you don’t mind a walk. Around the building. We found the only side entrance and of course are key card didn’t work. One set of elevators for the building was ok, busy at times. Had a restaurant in the hotel. We has breakfast there and it was excellent."
