"Room was far from their tiki bar, but they had a DJ playing very loud music on the outside patio until 11PM. It was so loud, sounded like the speakers were outside our door. We called the front desk to complain and they said they couldn't do anything avout it."

I also did not realize you do not get Hilton's points when you book through a third third party which I believe should be unfair. Lastly, I do not like the $28.00 charge you automatically add to the bill."

Old with the springs pushing through all over the mattress, One front desk staff (a young man) had a poor attitude when I asked for fresh towels (after previously asking for them 6 hr prior). He didn't want to bring the towels to our room. Breakfast good. Eating area nice."
