「We didn't participate in the Big E's because the coupon was not good for breakfast. So, we ate out every morning. When we were at the pool, no one came to see if we wanted refreshments. We were at the pool 3 times. Lastly, we had no room refresh from Sunday night to Wednesday noon. No housekeeping service, which is very unusual. Bed is comfortable. 」

「The room was very clean, but minus a hairdryer. BUT, the hall carpeting is filthy and stained. Maybe that is the next phase of renovating? Breakfast was so-so. The typical free hotel breakfast.」

「It was fine for the 2 nights we stayed. I was a little taken aback by the carpet. I walked around barefoot, until the bottoms were blackened. Just a suggestion, that perhaps carpet cleaning might be something to consider.」

「Very nice stay. ( 3 nights) I was allowed to check in early, (11:00) so I could meet with my son, and spend the whole day with him, instead of checking in late that evening, which was the meaning of the trip. The refrigerator was not working when I got into to the room. The manager came and looked at it right away, and was either replaced, or got it working by the time I came back that evening. 」
