「A clean and safe place to stay in Des Moines, especially by the airport. They also offer a park and stay deal, for those who need to fly out but leave their car somewhere. The staff were extremely kind, but we didn't have a pleasant experience with the lady running the breakfast in the morning. She could have been tired, but was short with us trying to make a waffle. The rooms are outdated, but in good condition for the most part. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, which was also...

「Needs a renovation. Rooms were disgusting and rundown. Our room stunk of smoke and stagnant air. Went to open window which was full of black mold. Last two inches of stick used to secure window was all black mold. Have tried calling management three times and they are always gone for an emergency. Have not returned any of my calls. 」

「Staff was great!! She was dealing with a lot of customers concerning the ever changing weather conditions. Started out as a possibility of snow on Sunday and instead became a Blizzard Warning for Sunday coming thru Saturday afternoon. She handled it all like a pro!!」

I thought there might be fruit and bagels, but they had sausage gravy and biscuits, a waffle maker, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee! It was fantastic!
