「The first two rooms they put us in, smelled like mold because the previous occupant in one of them must’ve smoked and in both of the first two rooms, the air conditioners were filled with mold. So we had to switch rooms three times. The third one had a brand new air conditioner in it and thus very minimal smell. However, the reception on the TV was awful and the bathroom light did not work. But I was so tired of switching rooms at this point that I just said, screw it and went to bed after...

「What a wonderful boutique hotel! The rooms are clean and many rooms have a mountain theme. Their lobby store is wonderful! So many cute things and all local to New Hampshire! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Highly recommend the Common Man!」

「First this is a weekend town. Sundays and Mondays it’s like the whole town and lake are asleep. Nothing is open. We stayed in 2 rooms at the chase house for 4 nights with waterfront balconies. The hotel is divided into four different buildings. The church landing building seemed to be the most ideal where you can actually enjoy the lake with the room you’re paying for. In the chase house, you are across the street. And the street during the day is LOUD! Trucks and motorcycles all day...
