「Para el precio esperaba en mejores condiciones de las instalaciones, veo que le falta mantenimiento en general, excepto las piscinas que se encuentran muy bien. Con el check in todo bien, el check out mal una persona con cero idea de servicio al cliente. Además el servicio de cable no funcionó nos ofrecieron que llegaría el técnico y jamás se apareció. La ubicación y amenidades bien, el desayuno que incluye no es buffet solo te sirven una vez y si quieres algo mas es con un extra.」

「Staff didn’t smile at me once during my 3 nights stay. Seems like they don’t want to talk to me or either helping me when im asking questions or help. They said good morning and enjoy your meal to others guests except me. No hot water, bugs in my room and the ventilator is broken, i had to temporarily fix it with my key. Not really recommending this place」

「Room was immaculate and pool lovely. Would be helpful to have mosquito deterrents. Food was good. Note beach is 200m walk away and not good for swimming.」

「We stayed at las olas villas in December 2024 and was great. We decided to go back and stay there again last April , I understand the weather is different during winter , but the place was horrible , apparently the night before our check in rains a lot and was a flood, was all wet and the cabin wasn’t available , because the water it was inhabited so they offered a different one . We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clean our place , no towels, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and smell so...
