「Absolutely wonderful, beautiful boutique hotel in the historic center of Palermo! The rooms are so lovely and comfortable and the staff of this delightful hotel are absolutely the best! Davide, the manager, Aleyshq, Francesca, Giuliana and the rest of the staff are so accommodating, thoughtful, professional and friendly. Truly gifts, all of them! Great breakfast as well! 「Suuuuper nice host. He introduced the whole city and the room to help us adapt to it quickly. The bed is too comfortable that we had difficulty to wake up. The location is great, just near the Piazza Bellini. The spa is comfortable to help us relax after the all day trip and walking in the city. The breakfast in a nearby Cafe shop is delicious.」

「If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. 」

「This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. 「It's a nice hotel near the harbour and the city centre can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet style breakfast had a good variety of food, in overall it is proportional with It's price and star rating. Actually its beach is a small cliff which is probably not suitable for swimming, however it's beautiful. In summary, we had a really positive experience as a family with a 13 years old boy. 「We arrived early and Marco the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Even going with me in our hire car to find suitable parking. The B&B is on the 3rd floor. Don’t panic, there’s a lift. The rooms were neat and clean with modern conveniences and a small balcony. Very quiet at night time and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of the usual choices. 」

「The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure. Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice. It’s only a slight gripe that we had on our stay. 」
