「I made my reservation online and prepaid. When I checked in the employee at the front desk tried to charge me again and I told him I had prepaid. He said there was no prepayment showing, so I showed him my email receipt. After another few moments looking on his systems he found that I had prepaid. Then he asked me if I had a vehicle and told me there was a parking fee of $20 per night. The parking lot is part of a huge parking lot for a mall, so I don’t understand why they charge. I guess...

「There only seems to be one person responsible to get the morning breakfast buffet in order. Way to much work for one person. Tables were not wiped clean at breakfast time. Perhaps Marriott isn't allowing enough time for breakfast staff member. In the afternoon and evenings, I had to ask desk staff to fill coffee urns and they actually ran out of coffee creamers. That should never happen. 」
