"There aren't enough great things I can say about my stay at Bali Hotel. First, the property is absolutely stunning. From the moment you walk through the doors, the music, the calming atmosphere, and the beautiful waterfall flowing into the pool instantly put you at ease. The rooms are just as incredible. Thoughtfully designed and perfectly curated to truly transport you to Bali. The location is another huge highlight. Situated in Isla Verde (one of my favorite beach towns in Puerto Rico), it's directly across the street from the beach, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby for anything you might need. Lastly, the staff made this experience unforgettable. Every single person I encountered greeted me with a smile. During my stay, I unfortunately misplaced my phone and was left without a way to contact my family or access important information! Melysa was truly an angel. Whether I needed to make a call, check in for my flight, or get directions, she went above and beyond to help me. I'll never forget when she said, "You can relax now, everything is just fine." And she meant it. By the time | left, it felt like I was saying goodbye to family. I quickly grew so comfortable with the entire team. If you're considering staying here-book it. You won't regret it."

"The staff at Condado were lovely. I do think tourists need to understand that things move at a slower pace in Puerto Rico, and I was happy to be patient when waiting for food, coffee, or drinks because everyone was so polite, fun, and friendly. The poolside area is beautiful, and I enjoyed the coffee shop and the breakfast pastries available. The poolside food was also delicious and convenient. The staff works extremely hard to keep the property clean. One thing to keep in mind that the beach next to the hotel is public. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining our room, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the property itself is in rather poor condition, and it is time for Hilton to make an effort to update it. There are two pools: a chlorine pool with a swim-up bar and a saltwater pool. In general, many of the chairs around the saltwater pool were broken. The door to my room would not shut properly, and many doors throughout the property would slam shut. One of the elevators was broken, making it very inconvenient to access higher floors. Luckily, I was on the second floor and could take the stairs. The general condition of the common areas is very worn, including the furniture. Overall, I did enjoy my stay because of the great staff, including the poolside security, housekeeping, front desk staff, concierge, and porters, who did their best to host us. However, Hilton should be doing a much better job of maintaining this property. "

This trip we met Ivan who works at the beach and pool and he took the time to ask us about our plans and recommend several places to visit. His suggestions were spot on and we are so grateful he took the time and care!"

"Top notch! Will definitely stay here again. Great location, delicious breakfast buffet and Ocean Breeze Bar was fun. Workout facilities were clean and full of latest equipment. There were plenty of areas to go and relax, the ocean was relaxing and the rooms were clean and quiet!"
