「There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. 」

「Air Conditioner barely worked. Staff was not very helpful. Very uncomfortable beds」

「The ceilings were leaking from the rain. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled bad. I booked 2 rooms traveling with family and they put us on opposite ends of the hallway which was really i convenient for us.」

「I rented a cottage which I would describe at best as rustic. The cottage was not dirty but was not completely clean either. I saw at least one dead roach by the side of the bed. The coffee maker did not work properly, and the carafe was stained with water deposits which made it look dirty. The coffee pods provided was skimpy and barely produced a cup of coffee. Needless to say, the few amenities (dishes, utensils, plates, etc.) are way below standard. The guests are required to empty the trash...

「Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast spread looked better than average, and the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.」
