We did not use the pool, but it looked inviting. We walked out on the fishing pier, & it was nice. The rooms were clean, & a/c worked properly. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Megan at the front desk was friendly and professional. View of the water and fishing pier access is great. Our room was nice, but unfortunately the floor was filthy. We brought it to their attention and they said they would address it with the cleaning staff. A/C unit needed repair as it was very loud. Breakfast was great. The Rockport area has a market that was cool.

Location was great, the suite was huge and plenty of space. We only had 4 of us, but it could have easily slept 5 to 6 people comfortably. Its the biggest suite I've stayed in. I didn't get a chance to make it down to breakfast unfortunately, so I can't comment on that.

The room wasn’t as clean as it has been in the prior years. We go every year during Spring Break except last year we didn’t. The breakfast is great except this morning there was only breaded items and no eggs or sausage…not good for someone who is gluten intolerant. We like the convenience of the location and the fishing pier across the street is great!

My first floor room with a king size bed seemed so large, lots of open space so I never felt cramped. Plenty of room for luggage and anything else. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good repair. It wasn’t fancy but was well appointed with muted but matching colors. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I enjoyed my stay & plan to stay there again.
