"Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We had our two small dogs with us, and we appreciated that our pet-friendly room was located very near the back entrance. It worked out great!!"

"Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed. But the shirt and curly hairs were still all over and bathroom definitely not cleaned. Moving the hand towel to a hook doesn’t equate to cleanliness. "

"The staff was super nice, everything beyond that was not great. The room had the window cracked and smelled of strong air freshener when we entered. There was visible dirt along the floor and spots on the blankets. I am not a bougie hotel person or very picky but l legit felt uncomfortable and probably should have asked for another room bit it was already late & a last minute on the way stop to break up a road trip with two young kids. The pool was not great either in terms of looking clean. Overall not good."
