Staff was okay,but housekeeping is on call and overall not really a hotel experience. Besides that it was okay,just expect a really really old building and everything that comes with it.

Very dated property with dirty windows. Bedding was clean. Reception Staff were nonchalent. Advised shuttle to airport (as advertised) had not been available for 2 years. Cheap accommodation in good location right next to china town. Lovely cafe on opposite corner.
