My room was huge and very clean and nicely appointed. Didn't like the marshmallow mattress but others probably would. Staff is very nice. Location can be very dead and maybe a bit unpleasant at night. Loved that I could beam my phone to the TV (especially since there were no movie channels). The one way they could improve is by having a vending machine on the property (maybe with hipster/healthy snacks). If you arrive after 8,there is no food at the hotel or anywhere nearby. You'd have to walk up to Union Square (thru a sketchy area).

Enjoyed our stay

After an unpleasant check in our experience improved and went smoothly. Our room was nice and spacious. My kids enjoyed the Nintendo Switch in the room and the games in the lobby. The hotel is also located close to all the tourists attractions.

this hotel was a hidden gem. pool table in the lobby and a little cafe area. you go the second floor and there’s a PHOTOBOOTH you do have to pay but it’s so worth it. and they have an arcade as well. it’s lovey. the only thing i didn’t like was it felt like our room ac would stop working.

Great stay. Nice spacious rooms. Friendly and prompt staff. Great spot and access to trans and walk to most places. Stay right on market street and you’re good. Just avoid lower tenderloin as it gets a little rough. Other than that awesome. Would definitely stay again. Grab a muni ticket and ride all around town on most busses and trains.
