Staff needs to work on attitude. But other than that the area was pretty decent. My biggest complaints would be the 250 dollar deposit which is asking for a lot, also the blankets were very thin and it would be nice to know that you have to pay for parking

Economic place to stay Personal was kind and friendly You will have multiple mobile options The only issue with the hotel is in the night, due the zone feels unsafe, also you will see homeless, but you will relax with the smell

Excellent Staff in good location.

Hotel Amari is in a good location and is a great price for downtown San Francisco. Rooms are adequate and bed is reasonable. Parking Garage is right next door. Be aware that they do not serve breakfast, but there are lots of options nearby. The staff was EXCELLENT!

It was so lovely, charming and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. Allowed us to store luggage after check out so we could explore before our late flight. Quiet at night.
