「The quality of service at Casa Lola was impeccable. The staff was always very professional and the room itself was promptly cleaned. The hotel itself was exactly like staying at an art gallery, very picturesque. Don’t get me started on the Restaurant, food and drinks were always first class. Breakfast every morning was a delight, with signature options from various cities in Columbia and American and European option as well. Every amenity outside of this hotel was within walking distance, so...

「Room was pretty big, clean and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety to choose from. Couple issues we encountered was our room phone wasn’t working and we asked to get it fixed multiple times and it never worked. We had to keep going downstairs to request taxis and towels. Another issue was not having enough towels. It would have been nice to have at least 4 bath towels and couple extra of the smaller ones. We had to keep asking for more towels. The lighting in the room wasn’t very good...
