"Everything was great"

"We did not get the room we ordered because they were over booked. Our shower was dirty and toilet did not flush well. Buffett was way over priced and other food was terrible. Staff was okay but no one seemed excited about working there or went out of their way to help. "

"Found this through Expedia and had a lovely stay. First floor room was available. Room nicely appointed with small fridge and microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Also had hairdryer and iron. Maid service everyday. Towels were soft and absorbent. Beach towels readily available by pool. Pool was beautiful. Longish walk to beach but that was to be expected. Shelling was great! They provided a shell drawstring bag for each room! We will return for sure!"

"I didn’t stay , first room smelled like pets and the second room smelled like someone sprayed bathroom perfume on an unclean bathroom. Wet towels on the countertop. So we left. The guy at the front desk said he returned the money but third party charged me for it . "

"Our room was not a full view of ocean as expected "

"No boat rides. Mini-fridge shelf rail on door missing; fridge cabinet cracked; lamp plug receptacles too weak to power BiPap. Maid skipped room one day and almost next. Staff great. Esp valets. "

"Spacious rooms. A little bit dirty. Both top bed covers had stains. Staff did a great job in replacing towels and taking out garbage every day. Really good breakfast. Location wasn’t the best for beaches."

"It was ok. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The tv remote didn’t work properly. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of choices. It was close to the Sanibel causeway, that was the most positive thing about it in my opinion. "
