「Loved Casa San Blas. The staff were excellent, very attentive to our needs. Packed us breakfast when we left early, stored our luggage while we were away on a trek, arranged a taxi for going to the airport and even provided us with hot water bottles at bedtime. The hotel was clean, had breakfast included, filtered water to drink and in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco. 」

It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. 「Warm welcome by the staff as we arrive very early in the morning, they let us to checkin earlier. So that we can enjoy a hot shower and good sleep after long flight from Hong Kong to cusco.
