「Nice historical location. Room was clean, not hot water, AC was ok for just the bedroom, no good water pressure on bathroom. Common areas could be cleaner. Customer service answer phone right away, I recommend paid parking. Street parking very busy. 」

「Hotel is atop a hill and easy to access, with decent views to the water on the horizon. Facility and room were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice with a view as well. Plenty of parking, as that seems to be a concern with many hotels on the island. Didn't eat onsite or visit their casino.」

En la habitación en primer piso con buen aire acondicionado buena iluminación. La bañera es alta, habia agua caliente, deberían incluir toalla para piso en el baño. El TV solo canales locales. 「We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」
