「Awesome little hotel in the heart of old Quebec. Great restaurants within walking distance. Good sized room with a lovely upgraded bathroom. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Total lack of staff was a little disconcerting. It is nice to have an actual person instead of having to rely on the telephone to get information or assistance.」

「Location is good , with a shopping centre and food courts within a few minutes walk. Room is clean. The swimming pools and area looks entertaining. The toilet is small, though. 」

「放在公共冰箱的食物被偷了兩次。環境算整潔，前面有公車站牌」

「The hotel's location is great. The room has a nice design, and the bathroom is spacious.」

「All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!」

「The staff at this property are wonderful. Everyone was freindly and helpful. We received helpful suggestions from both Sophia nad Matteo. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was lovely, very celan and had everything we needed. The location is also fantastic. It is a 5 minute walk to the main terrace/ waterfront and lots of restuarants. It is also very close to the newer section of Quebec City as well. The parking was super easy and close, well worth the money which was reasonable. We would...

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「This was a really cute stay for my work trip. Everything was clean and well kept, the location is lovely, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms have great amenties for when you don't feel like leaving after a long day of people-ing. My only complaint is that the rooms are not completely soundproof, I could definitely hear my neighbours talking at certain points. That being said, I never heard anything late at night and never had any issues sleeping or dealing with loud people...

「Unbelievable Super spacious, beyond clean, tidy & comfortable. The location seriously can’t be beat. You are right in the best part of old Quebec, by all the shops and restaurants. There is even easy, cheap parking a block away.」
