very pleasant from check-in to check-out. room was clean, all furniture and furnishings were brand new; espresso machine was clean and much appreciated; bathroom and the amenities therein were high standard and appropriate to the hotel price range; valet parkinbg service was pricey at 40$ but given the rain when we arrived, we didn't hesitate to use it. sorry we couldn't stay longer than the one night we booked, but would recommend it otherwise.

This boutique hotel is nice, clean, and it a great location for exploring Old Quebec. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit cold because the windows were drafty and there were men working outside the windows, but we just closed the drapes and it was fine.
