「Our stay was brief but wonderful. We were welcomed warmly, and felt comfortable with our room. The property is very special and excellent value. We appreciated use of the kitchen and lounge area where we could read in the evening. Close to the water and to a choice of restaurants. Easy parking outside, easy walk to the station and only 20 mins by train to Pakermo. We would definitely stay in this delightful place again! Thank you! 」

「This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!」

「Amazing hotel with five-star hospitality. The reception staff are all very friendly and they gave us unlimited refill of water and soda drinks given the hot weather.」

「The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. 」

「The room was clean upon arrival but housekeeping didn’t clean it after my first night and when called that evening, I noticed they took dirty towels off floor and hung them back up. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Nice lifeguards and bartenders as well. All inclusive breakfast, lunch dinner and bar service. They said mini fridge was fully stocked and free but only had one coke. Weird. Lovely on beach property but an hour from Palmer and the airport. I recommend a car if being active...

Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. C’est vraiment un plus pour l’hébergement qui est bien situé dans Palerme. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. 」

「The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the...
