"This is marketed as a two star hotel and us very well. We were waiting for our king term accommodation to be ready so we're booking rooms here day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room nice and clean "

"The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. "We had the best stay - property is amazing. The breakfast buffet was just mind blowing. Staff was incredible and we had a personal contact to arrange things for us. The beach at the hotel was beautiful with nice sand and plenty of lounge space. Goa is very spread out so having a nice hotel as a home base was key. "
