The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees.

Soul Vacations experience Dec 2022

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant staff were serving with a smile. Surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Pool and surroundings were well maintained and clean. The staff was very attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. Colva beach is a five minute walk away. This is an excellent place to stay. The only negative experiences we had were with mosquitoes and when the air-conditioning stopped working half way during our stay and couldn't be repaired. Thankfully the fan was working so we could manage the unusually hot weather. The spray/fogging that the hotel carries out is not sufficient to eliminate the mosquitoes. We did not use the Spa or Ayurveda facilities so I cannot comment on them.

The family villa itself is lovely, but it’s definitely showing its age. It would really benefit from a proper refresh and a more thorough cleaning to bring it back to its full potential.

Disappointing stay in Goa

Very disappointing for our holidays in Goa. The room was horrible, the water from commode was leaking. After complaints also the reception doesn’t like to change the room. The front desk person was lying no room available. But I found nearby room empty, after letting know the front desk person was hesitating to give the room. As I complained to Hotels.com virtually and in fact I told them I have no options but to leave the hotel. Finally we just moved to the other room which was relatively better. Nothing is good, we went to the restaurant on first night was full of mosquitoes. The overs conditions of the property is old and not at all good.

The rooms could do with a new coat of paint. Service was slow and no one attended to our room in 4 day’s even when we put garbage outside of the door it was there for 3 days

Chill Out In Monsoon

Nice relaxing location and raw with it. This is South Goa and the surrounding area reflect this. People are friendly enough and the beach is nice too.

One of the worst place I ever been.

Hotels on this area are highly overvalued so when I book this one because high reviews (must come from peoples who don't have been many places to compare). This is worst place I ever been on the price requested. Everything are so outdated ,bed sheets and towels have stains, pool water is hazy, breakfast poor, wifi really poor in room, mosquitos (repellent in room don't seem to be effective), TV picture quality really poor. Surrounding area is waste yard and sea water dirty. Difference between standard and better rooms is only size and amount on outdated furnitures.

Excellent location close to beach but not on the main road. Staff at hotel excellent in every aspect and couldn’t be more helpful. A tranquil,peaceful escape from the chaos of India. Rooms immaculate with clean sheets and towels everyday. Overall an excellent place to stay if visiting Colva.

Great place to stay.

Second time staying here staff was extremely helpful with a slight issue we was having with our wifi connection and moved us to another room where we could get a better connection. It's locally central with 2 minutes walk from the beach. I recommend the luxury room over the deluxe , we stayed in both but found this one more spacious and comfortable.
