We stayed at the Serenity for 2 weeks. Very helpful and courteous staff specially the manager. Great location for the beach and nearby to lots of restaurants and evening entertainment.

First time in Goa , staff couldn’t do enough for us very polite and accommodating, room as exspected basic but clean ,good quality matress but firm , road outside very noisy day and night. Beautiful swimming pool very polite and helpful staff especially Thomas and clita, bottles of water delivered to room every morning and rooms cleaned whenever you wanted, great location great price. We will definitely be returning.

Plenty better places to stay

It started off being given 2 single beds when we had specifically booked a double bedded room. The bed was very hard, but moreover it creaked so very badly with the slightest movement I never got a full nights sleep all the time we were there. Sheets were stained, bedding had holes in it. Tv was hanging off the wall and not connected. Great pool area and sun beds, the rooms downstairs did look better than the one we had upstairs. The lady who worked on reception was beautiful and always had a smile for you. But the old guy is rude, and never seems to move from the chair by reception just on his phone all the time with the fan pointing directly on him. He was extremely rude to my friend who came to visit. Not allowing us to sit in reception or by the pool, instead ushering us to the closed restaurant at the front. The road at the front of our balcony was extremely noisy and often heard people throwing up on their way home. In fact we cut our losses and left several days early. Never done this in India before.

Serenity by the sea Candolim, Goa.

We stayed at Serenity for a month from November to December. We don't normally go this early but found out our visa still had 6 weeks left so grabbed a last minute deal. The hotel is situated behind Horizon bar and grills. The food there was excellent with great staff. Our room had a fridge, kettle safe Tv and brilliant A/C unit although it was a bit loud. The room and bedding could be cleaned daily but we had it done every two days just to refresh everything. We always got good quality towels and the bedding looked fairly new. The mattress was deep albeit hard. Drinking water was also supplied. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. My only downside was when the local Indian tourists came, a lot would swim fully clothed and we saw two of them choke so they spat their contents into the grilled trough around the pool. Luckily, we saw this on our last week and obviously never went in again. That isn't the hotels fault, its the clientele. One person complained about the creatures that came from the greenery around the pool but its India, hot and sunny. Ants and bugs don't stay in tbe background even if you do give them a stern warning not to venture out. Maybe a jetwash would help? Who knows. Overall, its in a good location close to the beach and other bars and restaurants. Would we stop again? Definitely. We've been to Goa many times and although this isn't the best we have stayed in, its perfectly acceptable, and not the worst for the money.

Property scores 0 on aminities. TV cable connection does not work.. It's a basic necessity. Female staff was very rude.. Told us to vacate room immediately.. When v wer in talks of extension.. Our child was in well.. She knew about it.. Yet she told us to vacate immediately.. After staying at property for 6 days.. Without giving option. She even told us.. She doesn't care if v submit a negative review for her rude behaviour.

깨끗하고 매일 청소와 수건과 물 을 교체해줘요. 에어컨,냉장고,선풍기 작동잘되고 따듯한물도 아주 잘 나옵니다. 와이파이는 좀 느린편입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 해변까지 걸어서 5분정도 거리이며 수영장에서도 놀기좋아요. 주변에 마트와 식당 버스정류장과 가까워 위치도좋습니다. 여기서 4박동안 잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

Great Stay

Nice little apartment complex close to the main shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The bathroom was recently refurbished and was very good. Breakfast was served at the adjacent restaurant Karlton's Horizon Grill. Basic breakfast with a choice of eggs, toast, cereal, tea. coffee etc Didn't use the pool area but it looked nice. The only downside was that the bed linen and towels had seen better days but I certainly wouldn't let such a trivial thing put me off staying again. WIFI is free and you receive 2 x bottles of water a day
