「Perfect hotel」

「The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...

「Easy to park. Wifi is good」

「I bought hotel.com gift card, but Shrad Riverside did not accept. Unfortunately Shrad charged my credit card which I don't really agree.」

「The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the kindness of the staff that especially impressed me. I would definitely stay there again」

「Excellent breakfast. Staff delightful. Room recently refurbished and comfortable. Beautiful location」

「Very good hotel，great room n comfort， suitable for family」

「We stayed for one night during a long trip from the highlands and is the perfect place to stay. The onsite team are extremely friendly and professional. The food is excellent and our room was comfy/clean/ warm and well appointed. The bar is quite popular and is a good place to enjoy a drink and a real bonus is the fleece inn is extremely dog friendly. There is a grass area outside with easy access and places where can dine in the pub with canine companions. Everyone was so friendly particularly...

「A very helpful and nice staff at the reception.」

「Wonderful hotel , wonderful staff」

「- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!」

「Great news overnight stay. Staff were really helpful. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Food in the pub was good too. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay again if in the area.」

「My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family. I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised. Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception.」
