「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「First of all, my husband & I fell in love with Carcassonne, this hotel, and the staff (Jean, Stephen and Tiffany) who were friendly and helpful. We were excited to be staying inside the castle walls. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and facing the castle walls. The inside of the hotel had an Old World feeling, warm, and decorated for Christmas. In short, it was lovely! We took a taxi from the train station.
